How Our Shipping Process Works
Our goal is to offer you the most simple shipping option, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to our customers at all times.
The sequence to our order fulfillment process is divided into three parts:
- Verifying orders: Order verification, specifications, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Processing orders: We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (yoga pants, shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (phone case, artwork, etc.) products. Then there are shipping times. -- 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by either FedEx or US Postal Services. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
On average, it takes between 7-10 business days from the point that your order is placed and when it arrives safely at your door.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after attempting to contact you, and you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please contact us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from TheYogiCollection.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please address your concerns to the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx. THE YOGI COLLECTION does not hold responsibility for packages that state "delivered".
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. Bear in mind that this is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most domestic locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to customs charges by your native country.
